Interview and Candidate Evaluation: Within the scope of Human Resources interviews, interviews are conducted with the system we have developed ourselves. In addition, if requested, English level and personality assessment are also carried out.
Reference Check and Review: The Personal and Professional reference checks are carried out for candidates whose interview process progresses positively.
Professional Job Offer and Placement: We provide support with the job offer and the necessary start-up activities.
