BURCU CANITEZ OKUR

Burcu Canıtez Okur has worked in the fields of Psychology and Human Resources in leading organizations in Turkey for 12 years; she worked as Human Resources Specialist and Psychologist at Aselsan Elektronik A.Ş. and Human Resources Manager at Milsoft Yazılım Teknolojileri A.Ş. Afterwards, she worked as a consultant for 5 years at Technopolis Group, an international consulting firm. In 2013, she founded her own consulting firm called İnsan Kaynakları Dünyası Yönetim ve Danışmanlık. She is currently providing services to corporate and individual clients in Turkey and abroad.
Her areas of expertise include Human Resources Management, Recruitment, Management Skills, Personal Development Programs and Career Coaching practices. 
In 2020, she authored a book titled “The Recruiter's Life Kit My Journey Through Recruitment & Talent Management”, which is available globally on the Amazon platform. 
Burcu Canıtez Okur has articles on Performance Appraisal, Emotional Abuse in the Workplace (Mobbing) and Coping Methods.  She has participated in various television and radio programs and attended congresses as a speaker.
